About Russian Visa Centre

Russian Visa Centre is authorised to operate in the consular district of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in order to improve the quality of services for Australian citizens and other nationals applying for Russian visas. The Russian Visa Centre is registered as an Australian legal entity – Interlink Service Australia Pty Ltd and located at 2/209 Harris St, Pyrmont 2009 NSW. Submissions by mail should be posted to this address: Interlink Service Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 482, Pyrmont NSW 2009. Please do not enclose a cheque or money order - the Visa Centre will invoice you as soon as it receives all correct documents. The Consulate General does not accept visa applications by post.

Responsibilities of the Visa Centre are to simplify the procedure of apply for the visa, create comfortable conditions for applicants, explain migration rules of the Russian Federation, check completeness of the visa application and act on behalf of the applicants in the Consulate General while submitting and collecting documents.

The visa processing and the decision to grant or refuse a visa is the prerogative power of Russian consular missions. The Russian Visa Centre cannot influence the decision on the visa and the timing of consideration of documents.

Individual applicants have the possibility to submit visa application directly to the Consulate General strictly by appointment which can be booked on the website q.midpass.ru. The Consulate accepts documents only from applicants whose personal details were entered into the appointment system to exclude fraud. In case of discrepancy of the information indicated in the system with the applicant’s personal data his/her documents will not be considered. One time slot booked in the system allows to submit only one visa application.
